I don't know shit about Russian law. But in my country air is public domain. So if you accomplish to free this public domain from someone's tire, without damaging the tire, you accomplish no crime in the act. Get what I mean?

Just for context (IIRC) this is in Russia or a similar country and there is a sidewalk next to a road that people drive down every day as if it were a road, presumably to save time or avoid traffic.

The police failed to address the issue so some activists took to blocking the sidewalk when people would drive down it. If you drove down it they would get in your way, and ask you to go back. If you didn't, they would put large stickers on your windshield that were a pain in the ass to remove.

Which led to confrontations like what you see here.

I think a lot of people (especially young males but everyone is guilty) like to be an asshole to people. Internet users are great examples of that. This looks to me like these guys are given an opportunity to be just that but since it's for a good cause it's okay. Maybe she shouldn't have been driving there but these guys are super obnoxious and their intent is clearly not to effectively help the issue.
