There aren't really any relevant implications outside of medicine, and those are pretty insignificant.

When a female conceives (regardless if birth occurs or not) there is lateral transfer of genes from the foetus to the mother.

Sort of - there is transfer of cells, and many of these cells will be destroyed by the mother's immune system, especially after pregnancy when it's no lonher suppressed. The DNA of the fetus is not incorporated into the genome of the mother.

The mother becomes genetically tailored to the father and has the fathers DNA in some of her cells. She has a mosaic cellular structure.

Again, sort of. All female humans have a mosiac cellular structure by default due to random x inactivation. The cells that can be transferred during pregnancy are not the Father's, but rather the fetus'. The mother does not become genetically tailored to the father. There is no foreign DNA in her cells, unless it's in the cellular garbage heap awaiting breakdown.

Further if she later has a different partner she gains some of his DNA as well and so on.

No - this is not supported by any of the data. Fetal-maternal cell flow has been demonstrated, but acquisition of a sexual partners cells was just an unsupported idea that was presented. The only evidence of this are maternal immune cells that are reactive to male cells, which would indicate that they're recognized as foreign - and would be destroyed if a significant population ever were introduced.

In turn she can pass her acquired genes on vertically to her future children.

No, she has not aquired any genes, nor could she incorporate new genes into her gametes, which were already formed at birth & isolated. Further, only fetal-maternal cell flow was shown, not maternal-fetal. Also, this testing was done in blood, not tissue. Absent an injury, it's very difficult for cells in blood to get into tissues (aside from cancer cells & white blood cells).

I'm not sure what your #1 is supposed to mean? As for #2, as I've stated above, that isn't the case.

The irony is that it gives the idea of the Canela that a child can have mutiple biological fathers, some tiny bit of validity.
