I just want to clarify why I posted this here. This woman is the mother of this child and she helped, what appears to be, some stranger rape her daughter. To give her the same penalty as this stranger sends a message, what she did is just as bad as what he did.

This is a mother who has not just allowed her daughter to be raped, but actively aided and encouraged it happening. When a woman gets a pass on something like this it's because they're a 'Mother' and not a 'Father' or some other meaningless surface based reason. She was not punished properly for her crimes.
