This is great news. The hammer is about to fall on Title IX.

Does anyone know if there is the equivalent of FIRE for the handling of false accusations off campus? Would the ACLU handle this? I would like to investigate putting together a class action lawsuit pertaining to false allegations.

This is a really good idea actually. Going right to the source of the problem. If they are successful, it will stop a lot of these college star chambers from ruining innocent lives.
