I've put most of it into text for potential viewers who have been denied being able to watch it. It may not be 100% accurate (I had some difficulty understanding the guest) and the grammar isn't perfect.

Host: You said when you came out which I thought was quite interesting is that I don't really like to admit this she was violent we both made mistakes she was very controlling and I felt like she was calling the shots in this relationship

Guest: Yep. Well she locked me in the flat one day.

Host: She locked you in the flat?

Guest: She locked me in the flat obviously I was angry I didn't know the door was locked I've gone over I've grabbed the door handle pulled it and it came straight off in my hands. So I was stuck in a three storey flat and I had to jump off of a three storey balconey. [Large laughter from the audience] I ripped all of my arm (?) all my back all my legs and I ended up in hospital because she wouldn't let me out of the house.

Host: It's not funny though. I'm going to tell you why it's not funny and I don't want to upset anyone in the audience because I completely appreciate the fact that you're here. But I'll tell you why I don't think you should laugh. If this was the other way around and a woman was sat here and a bloke had locked her in a flat and she had jumped out and injured herself you lot would not be laughing. You lot would be saying he's a complete nightmare, he should be locked up and that's disgraceful. But somehow if it happens to a bloke that's funny that's not funny, is it? [Large clapping from the audience]

--That is the first ~90% of the video. After this the guest briefly states how he was the one with black eyes and injuries. He would only hit walls (putting holes through them) and states "I'd rather do that than hit her."
