Some dude in NY got arrested for the same shit. His waiting room was a Dunkin Donuts lol. He was given away by one of his regular "patients". The girl's butt implant started acting up and her ass was swelling. The best part is that this whole time she thought he was a legit doctor and she had seen him many times before. She was gonna sue him for malpractice before finding out he wasn't even legit. I mean shit, if the waiting room is Dunkin Donuts...

Yea. I had my bucal fat pads from my cheeks removed. It bumped me up from a 7 to an 8 or 9. People definitely noticed since it made my face more defined. I had naturally chubby cheeks and I was already in shape at around 10% body fat so I decided to get it done. It gave me a more model look. Def worth it. No i can bulk up without cheeks getting all fat and swollen. Lol

Had this ugly friendless loser acquaintance with minor acne and horribly coarse, prematurely aged skin and a fucked up front tooth that was 180 degrees rotated. He was 16 or so back then, was about to jump off the bridge one night. He faught thru his depression, worked his ass off, saved money, got braces, developed a supreme sense of style, cleared up his acne and got laser skin resurfacing (a minor type of plastic surgery).

At age 23, he's now a freelance model (albeit being unsuccessful) and has made top tier social circles consisting of freelancing/emerging models (both genders) and HB7 - HB9. Being the Chad Thundercock that he has become, he now goes out clubbing and fucks bitches every night.

He also got a nose job this spring. His life went even better.

And he doesn't even lift at all. At 6', he weighs less than 150lb. In fact, he's a pretty-face boy type of guy.

So to answer your question, yes, plastic surgery--like any other means to improve your attractiveness such as lifting, having better clothes--may help improve your life.

To be honest, the only abnormally ugly feature he uniquely had was large nose. I would say that other than his large nose, his face is a actually naturally good looking. His eyes, facial contour, jaw, chin are all good. And crooked teeth and acne are common problems kids have so these were not unique to him, and his horrible skin condition was due to poor diet, not using sunscreen and moisturizer and due to acne scars.

He was raised by ultra Christian single mother who home schooled him, socially secluding him and telling him to lead an ascetic life and refrain from doing "worldly" things like improving his physical attractiveness, being promiscuous etc. No wonder he didnt reach his potential sooner.

Also judging by the fact that he's having no problem attracting model tier bitches, I dont doubt he will get good looking bitches to produce good looking kids.

If you have deformity or conspicuous asymmetry that kills your facial aesthetics, plastic surgery is a must. If your face is shit ugly or deformed, all lifting does for you is making you a gymcel. Get your deformity fixed man, your life will be improved for sure.

Got a nose job by one of the top cosmetic surgeons in my Country.

Partly for functional reasons, although my main motivation was for aesthetic reasons.

Afterwards I started receiving a lot of compliments by people telling me I just looked better or different, yet they didn't know why.

I also coupled it with a new haircut so noone was ever the wiser.

Long story short, zero regrets, would do it again.

I'm in Aus.

I paid about 2-3k after Medicare rebates as it was deemed non-commetic, when in reality it was.

If I wasn't referred by a Dr to have the surgery it would've been like 14k.

He was a top surgeon and cosmetic surgery here is expensive asf.
