Let me get this straight. Lee was arrested for domestic abuse, which turned out to be false, but he was responsible for his false arrest and they are now claiming the police and city are not responsible in those cases. So in other words they're saying "We fucked up but it's his reason we fucked up even though he tried to tell us we fucked up but we're not going to take responsibility for fucking up". Also, this bitch's con game is strong.
