I would like to point out that this is completely of no relevance today and I am married with two daughters. I suppose if one was thinking of marriage then you could do a pros and cons list. I think I may have thought through it a bit like this when I got married. This applies to women as well though. But comparing a wife to a dog is quite offensive and it is the sort of thing that would get posted here with anger if the telegraph were comparing a man to a dog. I do not mean any offence and men should not take offence at some of the things women write about them.
