I work at a bar & lounge in Norway. It's a very calm place with a classy feel. It's not a lot of dancing and there are rarely physical fights.

There's a table with room for six. Two ladies sits there, one with black hair and the other one is blonde. Two gentlemen are also sitting there, drinking a cocktail and talking to each other.

The blonde lady leaves the table and comes up to me.

(dialogue is not precise, but it tells the story)

Blonde: The guys at our table is bothering us. Can you get them away?

Me: What did they do?

Blonde: They're bothering us and are disgusting. (something like that)

I walk to the table and see the guys just sitting there turned towards each other and talking. I see no signs of issues. What I should have done, was to ask one of the guys to come with me outside so we could talk, but I chose to take it at the table instead.

I told him what the lady told me, and he denied it, telling me he and his friend was just sitting there and haven't done anything. I couldn't do anything else than believe the guy, since we don't have cameras. I also told him that she wanted them to leave, but that was not okay.

I then went back to the lady and said that "I see no problems here so I suggest you move somewhere else if you don't like them sitting there.".

The woman with the black hair suddenly flips and starts accusing one of the guys for calling her a whore and a bitch. He then denies it and it infuriates her even more.

At this point, she reaches over the table and pushes him. Then the guy throws his drink in her face. I get mad and throw everyone at the table out. The guy is not allowed to throw drinks, and the woman is not allowed to push people.

The guys leave at once without problems, but the black haired lady decided to stay. I tell her that she is not welcome here anymore and tells her to leave. She gets very mad and starts talking to me with the high voice, at which I ask her to take it outside so we don't bother the other guests (we have more bouncers at work).

She proceeds to call me an idiot and keeps telling me that she wont take crap from dudes calling her a bitch and all. I understand that, but she still didn't have to push him. It's what got her "thrown out". Then she starts to push me and tells me that THIS is how she did it and that it is not pushing. She does this maybe 15-20 times total while we are talking.

When she notices that I don't give a fuck about her pushing me or calling me "idiot" and "bad doorman" and everything, she gets even more angry and starts to call me a "sexist", "woman hater", "discriminator" and accuses me for woman abuse.

She then said that she would report this to the police and make me end up in the papers because she did NOTHING wrong (pussy pass attempt) and that I was sexually discriminating her for getting a drink thrown in her face or something like that which didn't make sense at all.

Suddenly her embarrassed boyfriend comes up and tells her to drop it and takes her with him.

This is many months ago, and I believe I could have avoided the whole thing if I talked to one of the guys outside.

So the girls also told me that they were regulars at the place, but I've only seen them like one time before and I have worked there for nearly a year. I believe this is a pussy pass denied because the blonde chick believed that she could get a bouncer to throw out two guys because she didn't like them, and that the black haired girl thinks she is allowed to push someone when she gets angry, and that she deserved to stay because she did nothing wrong and got a drink thrown in her face.

TL;DR: Girl pushes dude, dude throws drink in her face, I throw both out, girl thinks she did nothing wrong and deserved to stay. She told me I was abusing her, sexually harassing her and that I was a sexists and woman hater and that she would get me in the papers for all this + give the bar bad reviews (never happened).
