BUT she does need to be charged someway with the childs death, had she gotten to the scene the baby could have lived.

If I was the family I would put down a $100mil or $200mil lawsuit against the city and its department that hired her if it was a city ran service and not private. I would also go after the EMT.

Before you people call greedy, no... in corporate and government America, the only thing that hurts these people is $$$, thats how a company, specially large ones or a government says "oh shit we fucked up" and the larger the amount, the more shit is realized.

If I am not in a public service position there is now way I'm performing cpr on anyone besides my family. I've been certified for 6 years and the amount of lawsuits I've seen on the performer for hospital bills is astounding.
