I'm super new to TRP. It interests me now after reading Jordan Peterson talk about the reality of the dominance hierarchy. Perhaps it's not as simple as everyone either being alpha or beta; instead we fall on a bell curve where the top 20% are most successful and can be considered alphas.

Anyways, what I always wonder in this discussion is how much wiggle room and opportunity for improvement there is. Do you think most successful alphas have been that way nearly their whole life? Or do you think there's some super alpha out there that overcame his beta past? Perhaps we have a disposition but can at least make slight improvements? I figure there must be room for improvement otherwise we wouldn't be discussing it so much haha.

Any personal examples of moving up the dominance hierarchy? How much of a difference can someone make to be more successful with women?
