So the woman's estranged daughters all testify that the woman was a manipulative "homebody" and would be thrilled to be given that 'punishment' over jail, and the idiot judge goes and gives it to her anyway:

Poor widdul woman just had a gambling addiction, she won't hurt anyone.

Stealing from a non-profit that helps mentally and physically disabled people is despicable. Jail is what she deserves.

This is beyond bullshit. Since when do criminals get to dictate the terms of their sentence?

So that $100 in monthly restitution, is she paying that back to her former employer for one-hundred years? Because thats how long it would take to pay back the sum she stole. What about interest? Theres this thing called time value of money...

She should be in jail and the government should be foreclosing on her home in order to pay back the sum she stole. Sorry hubby, you married a depraved felon. Sorry girls, your mommy is an amoral larcenist.
