Sorry but that doesn't sound like a great film, it sounds like one of the most tackiest romantic comedies ever based on real life politics. Also sounds like you've blatantly ripped off Romeo and Juliet like a number of these romance films do.

She's an eccentric heiress, he's a dinosaur expert. They meet when she accidentally knocks over the dinosaur skeleton he's assembling at the museum. Later he follows her to Connecticut, where her tame leopard, who likes the song "I Can't Give You Anything But Love", gets mixed up with a wild leopard from the zoo. He dresses up in some women's clothes and tries to get her dog (sorry, I didn't tell you about her dog) to give him back the bone that was missing from his dinosaur skeleton. He confesses his love to her and they get married.
