Not being good with twitter, I just archived their front page twitter: https://archive.is/P71AX The tweets that have pictures of iceberg and text are that campaign. There are quite a few of them with signs of abuse including "He likes to budget carefully" (https://archive.is/nkWGq).

The place to send a complaint is: https://www.ipcc.gov.uk/complaints

EDIT: Notice the language: a) the perpetrator is "he"; and most importantly b) "so that he gets to control". Remember that according to feminist theory (ay lmao) men use domestic violence to exercise their patriarchal power and control on women. I'm just putting it here so that there is no doubt on what is behind this campaign.

EDIT2: Somewhere here noticed that Vera Braid might be behind this campaign (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3041410/Crime-tsar-facing-probe-awarding-500-000-taxpayers-money-charity-runs-force-police-chief.html). Very Braid (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vera_Baird) has quite a record of being a feminist, which explain the blatant sexism of the campaign. For example, she:

After her 2010 Redcar election defeat Baird founded the Astraea Institute for Gender Justice [because sometimes just Justice is not what you want] along with feminist criminologist Jill Radford.

In November 2011 Baird was appointed Chair of Everywoman Safe Everywhere a Labour Party commission intended to assess the impact of government policy on women's safety in society.
