Centre okays creation of dedicated units to probe crimes against women in India

For female only police are a thing in India already as well as a few other countries. They started in Brazil in 1985. Basically this is feminism pushing for the same level of bigotry enjoyed by white racists in the 1950s or 1920s in the Southern part of the USA.

They can't do this in the West for the most part, because of legal guarantees of equality in places like the EU and USA, although a few countries in the West like Canada and Sweden I think, have "equality" laws that say it's OK to hate men and pass laws attacking men.

But these for-women-only police forces are a huge deal which most people in the West have no idea about, even though it's been going on for thirty years. There's a bit of a language gap between Brazil and the English speaking world.
