Have they ever thought that children are way more open minded than adults and would just fucking get over it?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No, they don't understand children. They think a little girl playing with Barbie is thinking, "Wow, she's so pretty and I'm not. I'm going to go throw up my cookies before pre-school starts."

They can't separate their own nonsense when looking at what children do. Children aren't thinking about that crap. And children only react to boys wearing dresses, because stuff like this. When teachers/parents, freak out about it, then that re-enforces the initial "that's weird" attitude. And their negative reaction to it next time will be more solidified.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 80%. (I'm a bot)

Wearing a dress, explained Principal Scott Hansen, had the potential to cause a disturbance in class because some students already were gawking, pointing and making other inappropriate gestures when the student first arrived at school.

In Leon County, students may wear clothes as a form of self-expression, permitting their choices do not "Materially interfere with school work, create disorder, or disrupt the educational program," according to the dress code set in School Board bylaws.

Having to ask the student to change, he added, illustrates why there needs to be more direct education in school about "Societal issues like this."

I don't really like that femalish behaviour of some, mostly gay, men, but it is still part of the freedom they deserve and that's why I will always protect their right.

Even thou I am a little creeped out by behaviour of that sort, I think being a bit feminine as a man is not logically wrong. I have way more sympathy for that than for transexuals, since modifying your body to "fit" your mind is just as messed up as the other way around.
