I think the judge is right that most men don't report domestic violence. That is partly the reason the numbers are so skewed to look like men are abusers.

How is she not in prison for attempted murder? She fucking stabbed him! How is she able to be standing there with that fucking smirk on her fucking face? Even though she was convicted of abuse, she still got a fucking pussy pass! Clearly the tiny amount of punishment she did get wasn't enough to change her attitude or convince her that she did anything wrong.
