Interesting how the law professor endorses adoption of affirmative consent into the criminal code, without mentioning how shifting the burden of proof to the accused violates due process. I can see an activist take that position, but a law professor should know better.

Also, all of the three experts are anti-due process feminists. The conversation didn't go as vitriolic as it could have, but they should have had someone from thefire.org or FACE to balance out the conversation.

I think John Banzhaf was arguing for due process--he did not seem particularly feminist to me, and he was not afraid to speak his mind to the two women. I agree on the law professor.

I made the mistake of commenting before Banzhaf chimed in. A bit unfair that the other commentators got to set the stage before Banzhaf was called, but hey at least they let him talk.

And the moderator was mostly neutral, which is also a rarity in these sorts of discussions.

Yes, I find that Tom Ashbrook leans towards giving feminists the benefit of the doubt--but I don't think of him as a full-blown mangina, perhaps--because he usually gives the opposing opinion time. He did that during his gamergate discussion--giving time to Milo Yiannopoulos as well as to screechy knee-jerk feminazi opinion...! On NPR I find that Warren Olney tends to dig deeper and present a wider range of opinion in his To the Point show.
