Nothing can save him now. In a 'he said, she said', police tends to support the girl. The story has become big and the girl, being in the center of attention, will not back down because it would paint her in a bad light.

We can't know which of them is lying, but it is terrifying how a social media mob can possibly ruin someone's life based on a lie.

Edit: A witness has come forward. Tl;dr and translation: Traffic light had just changed to red and the guy was looking to jump it when the girl tried crossing the ~~light~~ road. They argued about it, and the guy said you should call the traffic cop, who are you to stop me. The girl 'abused' the guy and she made an obscene gesture. Then she took a photo of the guy and his bike's number plate and said 'See what I do to you now'.
