Dude, is this your own blog? There's some common reddiquette about self promotion, i.e. don't do it over and over and over again. Self-promotion posts should be less than 10% of your posts, and make an effort not to look like a spammer. If you act desperate, your content will not be well received. Links to longer and more informative blog posts will be more well received than links to really short pieces.

Here's a set of guidelines.

The specific day of the week and time that you post to a subreddit has an effect on the likelihood that anyone will notice it. There is a website that will track this data for you. This way you can pick a blog post that you think people will be most interested in, post it at an optimal time, and only have to post a couple times a month. This will allow you to put more of your energy into better blog posts. If you want to tell your story, make sure you're not acting spammy and thereby forcing people to tune you out.

Okay, I hear you. It's just I work most days , usually 7 days a week to attempt to gain back that which I lost and its a whole lot better then sitting around on Valium that they give to me for anxiety. I try my best dude, in fact I never had done anything like this before. I only knew I was mad about what had happened to myself, told about it. Most days I'm up at 4:00 am, home from work at 7,8 or even later. So somehow I manage to pound out these (sloppy) blogs. Main reason why I just try to stick to factual evidence such as transcripts etc. There are over a hundred thousand MRA's on this site, not everyone see's everything, so I re-post. I'm not a spammer, just a guy trying to get out the information of what happened to me, could basically happen to anyone. Thanks for the advice, I'll do my best but do ask for a little leniency as I get better at knowing to do these types of things Joseph
