This brings back too many memories of my first serious relationship and for some reason I stuck with her for five years despite it turning for the worse after 2-3 years. I can't really describe why except it felt like young love and on top of that it was my first love and first physical relationship.

Psychological, physical and probably more abuse is what I had in my life on a weekly basis. Mostly verbal and psychological but often if I was able to argue out of her verbal abuse or ignore her psychological assaults she would switch to physical.

Glad it happened when I was young because now I will never put up with that sort of behavior again. I'll simply walk away and never come back. Good riddance.
