This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 92%. (I'm a bot)

Women usually strive for a more balanced life than men, which is why they work fewer hours, take longer holidays and earn less for their companies, so being given the freedom to raise a family is a chance most women would jump at.

In the US, men pay nearly 60 per cent more into Medicare and other state medical benefits programmes despite women using services more.

Women's insurance premiums used to be higher to reflect their higher usage of resources, but that was outlawed by Obamacare, so whether using public or private healthcare, men now subsidise women significantly when it comes to health.

Most Gender Equal Place in America: Pine Ridge Indian Reservation

I recently came across a Forbes article pointing out the most “unfair” places in the US for women. These kinds of articles show how absolutely removed from reality the feminists have become, so I looked up some data myself to find what might be the most fair place for women by pay gap standards. But first let’s take a look at the most “unfair” place for women.

Given that it has the highest median household income in the US, you might think Stamford Connecticut is a great place to live. But this is not so; according to Forbes magazine it is an awful, unfair place for its poor women, who make an average of only about $64,000.

At No. 1, the most unfair city to be a working woman in America, or the city where women earn just 54 cents for every dollar earned by men, is Stamford, Connecticut. Women in this metro earn an average of $63,553 annually while their boyfriends, husband and brothers pull in nearly $120,000…

The women of Stamford must be suffering terribly from the inequality.

On the other end of the fairness scale, located in the Badlands of South Dakota, we have Shannon County, which lies entirely within the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, where the vanquished Sioux Indians were corraled following the shameful 1890 massacre at Wounded Knee, which marked their utter defeat and the final destruction of their way of life.

... In Shannon County, women make $1.11 for every dollar men make, which must mean it’s a great place to be a woman, right?

Well, if you consider utter despair, third world living conditions, pervasive substance abuse, a woefully short average lifespan of 48 years for men (!) and 52 for women, infant mortality 5 times the national average and 80% unemployment to be tolerable, maybe so…

Surely, it must be a better place than Stamford, Connecticut, where the poor women suffer from the surfeit of rich, healthy, employed and comfortable men in their community.

I have yet to see feminists explain why the places with the highest income disparity between men and women are characterized by wealth, comfort and health, whereas those places where the women outearn men are invariably dumps inhabited only by those too hapless and defeated to leave.

Do feminists want the US to be more like Pine Ridge in general, or more like Stamford?

Well that is hardly news that women would rather want a man that is above them on the societal ladder rather than beneath them. I guess these days both men and women try to do better or at least get an equal. With divorce the way it is men are more reluctant to be the sole breadwinner while women always have been.
