I never said the judge was faking it. Someone posted the highlighted area and I added it to my comments. What I did say was the judge had requested time to deliberate, they came up with that he needed 3 months, he then said in a letter that he was ill for a week ( yet did not inform us until the day before, while knowing he had been sick for a week) and I did say that he wrote that he wouldn't require myself to attend, but both lawyers to reschedule. As you can see by his letter. They then gave him an additional one month plus to deliberate. I also DID say that I found it odd that he had 3 months to deliberate and that because he was ill for a week shouldn't mean the case to continue for another month plus. I also said that I haven't even heard a verdict for something as serious as murder take place in more than a week. Why is my case verdict to take 4 months? because he was ill for a week yet able to attend court the same day it was scheduled, yet to reschedule? You can make your own mind up. If he says he was ill then I have no reason to disbelieve, hope him a speedy recovery. But honestly after 4 years, do I get a sick day? Why are things different for me? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Rights? In fact Last November we went for a stay of proceedings because Among other rights violated so was my right to a speedy trial. Additionally I brought in Cardiologist reports that I was being tested for my heart problems and several other issues I had been putting off because of all of this. Also I have been diagnosed as PTSD from all of this and a well known Psychiatrist stated in a report that I will suffer issues if they continue in the questionable way they are with me. I brought photos of bruising behind my leg from circulation problems and its bad....All of that was ignored and He ordered the trial to proceed. That was over 7 months ago. So was he basically calling my cardiologist a liar? all the other doctors and specialists that were running tests? My court appointed Psychiatrist is a liar too? Think we need to explore the meaning of the word "contempt" as I feel they have had and shown nothing but "contempt" for myself. I'm not ragging on you, just trying to explain myself. I appreciate your point. Hope you see mine as well.
