This is not just a problem for Black men or the Black community. Men's rights should support unions. I firmly believe we made a wrong turn in America emphatically supporting the idea of college for everyone. You can't have all chiefs. There have to be some Indians. We don't produce anything, we don't make anything, we have a society where everyone is a white collar college educated manager or considered worthless. Too many chiefs. Not enough Indians.

Not surprisingly, all those chiefs are not successful today. Sinking in college debt and with dubious degrees. I had a conversation with someone in a dying Pennsylvania small town. He said, "We can't just all stay here selling insurance to each other." He was right. Produce something, make something or the town dies.
