Thank you for asking!

I'm a closer friend with the accuser than I am the accused. My role with him has been one of loving support. Although, some things I am skeptical on, because he never mentioned the details.

The accused, and the suer in the lawsuit, he and I never were close friends as I was, but looking at the lawsuit itself, there was a lot more info that can change my opinion if true. Nevertheless, I'm friends with the accused so even if I doubt his account, I won't break my friendship.

The reason the suer is not named, however, is because he wants to go into politics. This will taint any race he enters, unfortunately. It's also a shame because everyone on this campus is against him, at least openly. We have reached the point where bringing up the rights of the accused equals defending rapists. No.

The school did fuck up. Methods must be reformed. But until the special examiner's process becomes more transparent and friendly to all parties, the school will continue to fuck up and mens' lives will be ruined, on both sides.

Edit: the suer is a total hypocrite though. He argued for tougher processes on campus while he was here, and then changed his opinion once he was accused. I don't like hypocrites. So even with that, I will continue to ensure the rights of the victim and the accused be honored.
