UK: New law makes it a criminal office to identify female victims of genital mutilation. A female must be 16 before she is even considered old enough to decide herself that she wishes to be identified. Meanwhile, any infant male can be circumcised [mutilated], and the law does not care.

You meen, the new law makes it impossible to check or verify any claims of incidence of FGM.

Amusingly I've been told today that the UH Government Equalities Office in unknow to the Dept of Culture Media And Sport, It's parent organization. Even more amusingly I was told by a senior civil servant at DCMS that they had control of GEO because Mr Cameron is of the opinion that A female minister is needed to oversee the Government Equalities Office as it's more important to women - The Minister is Sajid Javid ( who has evidently been keeping his Trans Status Quite for some time ).

That senior civil servants are so open as to stste that the government is skewing Ministerial Issues in a Gynocentrai Bais is unacceptable give that GEO also addresses the following protected characteristics:

Age
Disability
Gender reassignment
Marriage and civil partnership
Race
Religion or belief
Sex
Sexual orientation

Exactly how these issues and characteristics relate to Media Culture and Sport is not at all clear. What is clear is that the Government are happy to Hide and skew realities for Political Ends and breach the Equality Act 2010 and the Equality Duties owned by The Government.
