It's mainly that last one.

women’s particular interests are and always have been at odds with the interests of men

Hence "Sex War".

A phrase I also used though I've not read the book. And I came to similar conclusions about what is central to feminism:

Feminism is the belief that women are all victims and its all men's fault.

And in both cases this is really the concept of patriarchy. The idea that men run everything (so everything is men's fault) and that they run everything so as to oppress women and benefit men. And that this has always been true throughout human experience

(except for the mythic golden time before history when people worshiped the mother earth or in feminist utopias /dystopias where the men are usually killed off)
