Women are largely responsible for transmitting societal expectations and education as a whole. However blaming them for gender roles while accurate as the proximal actors, is a bit like blaming men for war because men are forced to be soldiers.

Soldiers usually have little choice as to how a war is prosecuted and sometimes little choice as to becoming soldiers, whereas mothers and teachers usually have a lot more latitude to indoctrinate the young in whatever way they like without punishment.

But let's say you're a mother who decides to send her boys to school dressed in pink (to select a rather arbitrary gender role). Is that without consequence? No, there's going to be flak there from other mothers.

Women have feminized apathy,caring,empathy. I mean women can hug even kiss each other and that's not seen as gay

Why not ask what role do women play in enforcing genderless roles, and the hideous damage that's caused?
