Hi. Been on my loose fat journey for about 2 months. Been doing good so far, went from 82kg to 76kg using IF. Only problem is I have recently got an ol' friend up my buttox that has been out for quite some time and this time it advanced into something that required medical intervention. I had surgery in order to remove it and the doc said I can go to the gym again in about 2 week but I'm really afraid to not have them back cause they cause much pain in the *** both physically and financially.

I've been doing deadlifts and squats at the gym and this might have contributed to it too apart from me sitting in front of the PC all day. I try to eat lots of fiber, increase water intake and plan to rejoin the gym - only thing is I want to make sure to not put much pressure on that part. are there any alternatives to deadlifts and squats or generally can I avoid these since I am a beginner lifter and many advice to do fullbody workouts instead of compound?

I have strong legs and I thing those two exercises would not affect much in terms of proportional physique for some time.

Any advice?
