Goldwater Institute sues N.D. state bar for funding opponents of shared parenting

An issue that liberals should advocate for - opposed because it's a gold mine for the family law industry. Crooked moneyed interests have no principle.

Conservatives doing the right thing here- (far from traditionalism) - showing that principle isn't owned by left or right.

The state bar was lobbying against a shared parenting bill, where everyone would have 50-50 parental rights baring some unusual circumstance. Fair, and of course opposed by feminists.

The measure failed with 92,471 voting in favor and 151,460 voting against.

This isn't that far apart, roughly 40-60. They should keep plugging, do grassroots outreach, and swing another 10%.
