Greetings all. I submitted this a few days ago, but with many errors. This is a paper my father has been working on after/during a false allegation domestic violence case that is in the family and we are looking for ideas and opinions to expand it or to shoot it down. The premise is that in a lot of cases there tends to be a destructive mechanism that takes what could have been a small out of hand situation and turns it into a full blown divorce because of false allegations, long trial times, long no-contact orders that ultimately lead to distrust, etc. All criticism welcome and any ideas and opinions welcome. I will try to respond as quickly as possible and will take any suggestions highly. Thank you all.
