So, my brother in law is going through a nasty divorce. I don't want to get too into the details, but his wife is trying to change the kids last names. He has them every other weekend, and every Wednesday. We're in Ontario. I told him to have his lawyers get a court order to stop it immediately. And this is very early on in the divorce proceedings.

How do we stop this?
