A very, very large amount of American women are molested or raped before they turn 18, almost entirely done by blood relatives. In short, by someone they couldn't avoid or "be smart about." This number is astronomically high, and varies from 1/5 to around 1/3 depending on various factors, though it does seem to gradually declining (thankfully) like so many violent crimes.

Exactly how fucked up is this assertion in your opinions? What corresponding percentage of men must be incest prone child daughter/niece molesters? That's a lot of creepy uncles. Why don't the parents, if they had any idea that the number was even half that large, take measures to keep their daughters away from other adults? What percentage of men were victims? Should we declare Marshall Law to stop this?
