I watched the following debate & enjoyed hearing from Karen Straughen, but around 17:10 she mentions a study done by the Ottawa Council of Violence against women & I've not been able to find it. Does any have this study link?

She mentioned in the debate that they reported men in the total for domestic violence against women. I'm looking for the study for verification & citation for myself.
