Idk how old are you dude, but back in my teens the default 'date' was drinking (used as a plausible deniability) at some abandoned object or place where the police won't bother you. It's fun, you can fuck her outside since it's hot and the cost is minimal.

Another one as u/vandaalen said is coffee shop, or going at a bar at night. Remember to not sit across her, but next to her to pull kino.
