Feminists have monopolized the gender discussion for half a century. It is the livelihood of many professional feminists and of incompetent, otherwise unemployable female academics. They are not going to allow competition without a fight. And they fight dirty.

If feminists were concerned about equality, they would encourage men to give their own input to gender equality. They would understand the need for safe space in a feminist and increasing female-dominated campus. Early feminists refused to work with sociologists or men, even though they were overwhelmingly supportive, because they wanted female thought only. Now feminists demand MRAs be a subset of feminism even though there is much misandry there. Feminsm is still elitist. It was started by well-off, educated, white women who took decades to accept poor, disabled or poc into their movement, and is still more interested in Hillary Clinton than the homeless. We do not need lessons on inclusion from that movement.
