Has anyone else noticed a SIGNIFICANT uptick in mysoginistic content across all social media platforms lately?

My assumption is it is the result of the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial. We have ONE famous trial of a female abuser and all of a sudden everyone feels it is acceptable to abuse and slander women as a whole. Yet when it is pointed out that there are countless examples of (famous) men abusing women it's just crickets...

Most notably I came across a video on my reel of a guy interviewing other men in public, asking which female politicians boobs they would rather fondle.

A woman came in from off camera and asked if she heard them correct and if this was 100 years ago, to which they responded with more inflammatory questions.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!

Edited to add: I didn't mention famous men abusing women as tit for tat, but moreso to point out that it happens so often its just accepted and those instances do not have the power to sway social media like this one case has. That being said, I DO NOT support Amber Heard, and vehemently agree with how the trial ended.
