Hi everyone, I want to talk about how we all need to work together to achieve true and full equality for everyone in the law and in the selective service system. As you know there are still a lot of laws that discriminate based on gender such as the selective service that is preventing us from achieving equality for everyone in the law like it is supposed to be.The current selective service as i have said discriminates based on gender which is unconstitutional since it violates the 14th amendment of the constitution and the equal protections clause.

Some ways we can do something about these discriminatory laws:

1:Contact our representatives in congress along with our senators and tell them to consign the selective service repeal act or to write legislation to expand it to everyone to remove the discrimination in the selective service law.

2:Please sign my petition that is calling on congress along with the senate to either abolish the service system completely or to expand it to everyone to remove the last gender discriminating law. Link to that petition for equality: https://chng.it/mtgBd6yn

3:Consider donating to a group that is focused on pushing for equality such as the ACLU and the NCFM for they can start a new lawsuit against the discriminatory law.
