When I was in high scool, there was an incident involving a friend of mine and a girl we knew. For the sake of privacy, I'm gonna call him 'John' and her 'Becky'. So one night, we're all hanging out playing some games and participating in youthful celebrations. I started to feel a little sick so I went to crash on John's bedroom floor. About 30 minutes later, John and Becky burst into the room in the throws of lusty embrace. Without taking eyes or hands off one another, they make it to the bed and strip down. They start to fuck right in front of me, seemingly not even noticing I was there. In an awkward panic, I shuffle my way to the door and escape.

Two weeks later, the truth comes out. Becky and John fucked, everyone knew it. This caused some embarrassment for Becky as she didn't want to be known as an easy target. Her logical response was to immediately cry rape. She started spreading all these horrible rumors that John had forced her into it, even speculating on the idea that maybe she had been drugged. John's reputation was tarnished and he was forced to move into a more rural part of the country to escape being called a rapist, despite my attempts at coming to his aid. Nobody believed us. I have not heard from him in over 10 years.
