They're all dumb hypocrites that actually want women to be superior and they don't want equality.

Seriously though:

Men are always body shamed because of their height (6 foot and above), salary (six figures) and dick size. Society's response is something like "Go girl! Have high standards! Queen energy!" If all a man asks from a girl is to not be overweight, then it's body shaming.
The law is clearly biased towards women: women are more likely to have custody over a child after a divorce, women are clearly given lighter sentences for the same crime done by another man. Do you ever see feminists protesting against these laws?
Feminists advocate for equal pay (debunked ages ago), body shaming etc. but have you ever seen them fight for equal child custody, ending toxic masculinity (from their side, changing biased laws or charging women who falsely accuse men of rape?
Feminists follow certain principles but completely ignore it when it benefits them (#CurfewForMen).

Don’t debate with feminists they argue from emotions not objectivity. I destroyed a feminist in a discussion and she ran to the moderator complaining I was mean to her. Cry me a river.

Say “women aren’t oppressed anymore in the west”, also bring up that 1 in 4 women are raped and 1 in 6 men are raped so the numbers really aren’t that different.

Firstly, you need to find safe space when every opinion is heard and debated. Do not talk with feminist when they are backed up with hivemind people who will silence you.

Are you now? And how?
Yada Yada suicide, homicide etc... Say that this is true, but in general, men are more killed, look at statistic, some peer studies etc.
Ask them which and if they are really broad problems that most women came across or if it is just personal thing. Maybe try to find some similarities in men problems, because most of those "problems" are not just women problems, but men experience those also
Ask them what should be do about it and what is the problem. Cats are black and dogs barks....
Ask them what has patriarchy to do with wars? It does not matter if it is patriarchy or matriarchy, wars happen
Ask them what rights? Because in most countries, nearly all rights has nothing to do with sex. Ask them what kind of privilege they have and just try to listen and ask if those privileges are defined, researched or if those are just made up things.

But firstly, I would never debate those people just because I can, there is no reason. It will only make you angry and sad. Same with flat earthers. They only believe in gender studies, any other pseudoscience - sociology and what not, that can not be 100% defined. They use argument fouls every time they can. They do not wanna listen, they only wanna prove that they are right. Those women are not men, they do not know how it is to be a men, but they are sure that they know so more, that we are so much privileged just because we have penis and balls. Like, most young middle class women has better life than middle class men in my country. There are more social privileges for women than men in my country. Most people are not modern feminist and maybe like 0.0001% are internet hero feminist. That how it is, nobody really believe in that, except some middleclass snowflakes from America. And I am not talking about actual feminism, which is good, which is needed.

Each side has problems but feminism is now more focused on being anti-male then having equal rights and being seen equally.
