To be philosophical here, this is a result of a bad societal ethic where personal responsibility for ones life is not demanded in society. That ALWAYS leads to the socialising of poverty and the socialising of irresponsible population growth. And it is happening in the west now... immigration doesnt help either, it actually hurts poverty, societal responsibility and climate change.

The result is broken famiilies, children born in extreme and dangerous poverty, and this dumb twit is ACTUALLY subsidizing the bad morals if he feeds them without addressing that underlying problem of bad societsl and personal ethics. Poverty doesnt have to be desperate and deadly like it is in some places, and helping people and showing compassion is good, but NEVER if it is at the expense of responsibility for the life choices of another. Especially whrn used as an excuse to steal earned money from responsible citizens, to unjustly subsidize the poor choices of others. This better be a charity that accepts individual's donations.
