With the help of my therapist and an old friend, last night I've discovered how some of my more extreme bouts of anxiety and depression has come from my inability to even recognise that I'm angry, let alot express it in a healthy way.

I'm from a household where anger was common place but I wasn't able to express it out of fear of receiving more wrath. I'm seeing its effects now in keeping me stuck from healing.

This morning I'm really seeing it. What was, for the last two weeks, me waking in a panic, now has a conscious home as actuall justified anger. But its very uncomfortable. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
