You are never alone no matter what struggles you face. No matter how much you love someone and not matter how much your hurting and feel hopeless, things will get better even if that's nearly impossible to believe.

I've been through hell and back and it wasn't easy but I'm here, I'm alive, I have found someone new when I least expected it and there are many people in my life who love and care about me and need me and I'm sure this will be the same for you.

You just need to focus on you right now as she is doing the same. I remember being told when I was really hurting that it wouldn't last and that things would get better and at the time I didn't believe that but I am here to tell you that yes the hard times do pass and you will find happiness and peace again.

Today I received a call from my lawyer. He told me that the letter is ready. I now realised the hardest part of ending a relationship. Texting her that the letter is ready brought a sharp pain to my chest. Help me get through this. It felt so bad to draft and send that text..
