I didn't use a lawyer for my divorce, I couldn't afford one & we didn't have enough assets to make it worth it. I walked away asking for her to buy me out of the house & use the money towards joint tax debt.

Im now 2nd guessing myself. Do I get confirmation that I'm removed from the mortgage? Would I have to sign anything? Can she remove me & not pay me (pay off our debt)?

Should I consider going back to court if I feel there are too many details not understood?

I'm in GA if that matters.
