It has become apparent that my wife and I are separating. We are still in the same house. The trouble is that she can't afford on her own to leave because she never bothered to get an education or build a career. When I said I could help with the costs she starting laughing and asking if I would pay for her to leave. I don't want to set a precedent for supporting her separately, especially as she is leaving behind a teen daughter, a dog, and two cats. At the same time, her new strategy seems to be to make herself as annoying as possible. I just want her gone. I'm in Virginia and no official actions have been taken yet, at least on my part.
