My ex wife just told me that her and our daughter are getting kicked out of where they are currently living and currently have no where else to go but the houses of the people from the church. Is there anything that I can do to get my daughter to come and live with me untill she has a place to live? The only difficulty is that I live in Spain and she lives in Washington state. I am already thinking about contacting an attorney but I would like to know if someone has gone through something like this because I am anxious thinking that my daughter is going to be living in unknown peoples houses.

so, my ex wife [35] is remarried with a guy [21] since January 23 that she started dating on November 22. That guy is into a cult or something [I think he's Mormon] very extreme where by what he says women have no voice or vote and they have to obey their husband. My ex and daughter haven't been kicked out from my ex mother in laws house HE has because of his extremism and approached my ex mother in law in an aggressive manner as to try and intimidate her [my ex had to push him away]. Because he has been kicked out she has to go with him as a submissive wife and of course take the kid from the house she has always lived in. I am in Spain because of personal business and health related reasons I have also gotten more rights with my daughter [visitation and calls] since I live here. I have a house with room for her, here we have schools in english and I live in a very family friendly neighborhood. Also my ex's new husband is calling himself her father [my daughter's father] and saying that he has the right to choose what we do with my daughter, I tried to explain to him that he's the step father and like my wife he can have an opinion but the final decisions are made by the parents, he just does't agree and because of that neither does my ex wife. She has even talk about our daughter getting pregnant and married when she's 17!
