Hey guys, so I filed for divorce august 2022 here in California. I’m in the military and get out very soon. I filed a request for orders due to mothers marijuana and alcohol abuse and etc regarding domestic violence on her end. I did a domestic violence restraining order but was denied which everyone was surprised about at the hearing. So my command put a no contact order on me that I’ve followed since the start. Leaving me no where to go in the beginning until I found I can stay with my friend. I reasoned to go week by week with my daughter 50/50. She did not show up to the mediation and I have court coming up in 2 weeks for initial custody hearing/ request for orders. Not only that but she also has not sent a response nor the other proper documents required before the hearing. Also getting out of the housing a week after the hearing but she’s saying she not leaving. In my request for Orders I also have a move away request for my daughter and I which will be 2 this month. How do you guys see this ending up. What are my options and how should I go about all this
