Whelp, 4 years since it broke down, 3 years since we separated, and a year since I filed. We came to an agreement. It is basically identical to what I have been offering her this entire time. 50/50 custody, minimal support, and she will live in the house for the next year and then have to sell and we split the equity. If she is late on any house payments, it triggers a must sell clause.

I am super relived and I got basically everything I wanted. But it didn't make me happy. Not that I'm unhappy, I guess I just thought it would be a bigger deal. All the fighting and misery is over. Just sort of anticlimactic.

In any event, for those of you in the fight, I'm sorry. It sucks. But it will end someday.
