Hi. My name is Alex and have been recently divorced. I have a parenting plan in place which was working fine but the divorce proceedings included a car awarded to exspouse that is in my name. One of the stipulations was that I fix engine light. I have 60 days to fix and have paid but she states the light is back on. There is 2k put aside by courts to see light off. When this occurs I get that money back. I told her I need this taken back to shop to see what's wrong but she has not responded. This and other things like off insurance and bills infuriated her and then uses my son against me. I block her. Because of rants and says I can't do that. I put him in diapers. Give too much sugar etc. Which means I'm a bad father. She has used these as grounds to stop my parenting but I know the real reasons. I would like to ask how to approach this. I will be going Mon day to court to file a motion
