You had a DV charge... what happened with that? Were you convicted?

You need to stand firm about that charge... did the DV happen or not?

There is no such thing as a charge... either you have a conviction or nothing happened, ie: charges dropped.

Don’t let people brand you with charges. They’re false if they’re not true.

So to be clear I went to jail for Domestic Violence incident between my wife and I.

I spent the night in jail on suicide watch, butt naked in a cell for the night, then a 72hr mandatory hold at a Crisis Center and a extra 2 weeks for suicide attempt in hospital. Obviously I have Major Depression and Ulcerative Colitis as well! FUN SHIT!

Now, deferred sentence, the Court dismissed my case and it is now eligible to file a motion for the record of the case to be sealed.
